The room is beautifully designed, with a well-structured, thoughtful layout that includes cute lamps and attention to every detail, creating a cozy and aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. The self-check-in system made the process smooth, though better English proficiency at reception would improve communication.

We spent three nights in one of the Yagura Rooms A and absolutely loved the decor. With the sleeping area positioned upstairs, it felt like having two separate rooms, providing plenty of space. The beds were super comfortable, and the room itself was quiet. The hotel also features a café/bar and a lovely terrace lounge with a view of the castle. Its location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants, and bars. We would gladly stay here again.

We love the location, as it is very close to all shopping areas and just walking distance to Kumamoto Castle. Modern, clean and well positioned hotel in the centre and near Kumamoto Temple. Our room was a loft with two large futons and a couch downstairs. Likely we were not asked to pay extra, because this is not what I have booked. No Cable TV was connected in our room either. Breakfast menu had only 4 items on the menu. Coffee machine was only working from 2 pm 😢
